We always thought BMW drivers were the coolest cats around. But, then again we might be a little biased...We sell 'em, we drive 'em, and we love 'em.

But, it turns out, we're not alone. At the New York International Auto Show, industry authority Kelley Blue Book just hosted their annual awards ceremony. And, who did they name "Coolest" brand and "Best-Performance Brand", but BMW.

Just a few weeks ago, readers of the acclaimed magazine, Off Road named the BMW X3 "Off-Road Vehicle of the Year 2011. Now, after taking a solid lead in a reader survey from Europe's best-selling Auto Bild Allrad magazine, they're claiming another success: the title of "Four-Wheel Drive Car of the Year 2011".

This is a very impressive feat for BMW, especially given the fact that there were over 130 four-wheel drive competitors…
