Preston Chambers YMCA Y-Zone Robert
L. Preston III and his wife Joanne C. Preston, owners of the Preston
Auto Group, led the capital campaign for the New Castle Community YMCA
Y-Zone. In fact the Preston Auto Group donated $600,000 into this dream
and into our community to make the Y-Zone a reality. This sports
facility and campus is complete with an indoor soccer field, two
regulation basketball courts, fitness and wellness room, batting cage,
and two tournament-rated volleyball courts. The sportszone serves the
western PA area, which includes Sharon, Beaver Valley, Pittsburgh,
Butler, Meadville, and Cranberry areas. The Y-Zone provides a means for
under privileged area youth to not only stay fit, but also out of
trouble. The Preston Auto Group has donated over 50 memberships to such
youths.
