Preston Auto Group in Eastern OH and Western PA is the area's most progressive and largest dealer group. Preston Auto is currently accepting applications for the full time position of Internet and Phone Sales Representative. Positions are limited for this exclusive opportunity. The hired professional will be poised for success: paid training, great product, cutting edge processes, and 100 leads/month that are contacting you! Car sales experience is NOT REQUIRED! The professional we are in search of will possess impeccable time management skills, second to none relationship building ability and be competitive by nature with the will to succeed. Excellent computer, phone and communication skills is an absolute must.

Duties

• Turn inbound phone calls and internet inquiries from customers into appointments
• When customer arrives to showroom: demonstrate, test drive, and sell customer vehicle
• Follow up and service sold customers
• Candidates must be comfortable making outbound sales calls and have an inner drive to meet and exceed daily productivity goals
• Successful candidates will be able to multi-task and be proficient operating in an environment that is fast paced
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must
• Candidates must be proficient using the Internet, Outlook / E-mail and have excellent typing skills
• This position requires simultaneously listening, typing and talking, as well as navigating through multiple systems during each customer call
• A high school diploma is required. Two or four year degree is preferred.
