During a long trip over multiple states my car needed an unexpected repair. Preston BMW took my car in just before closing time then began work on it first thing in the AM. They even arranged a driver to take me to and from my hotel. Currently 700 miles later, no issues with the part that was replaced. Great service team all around. Being that I did require immediate service, it couldn’t have happened in a better location.

Worked with Joseph and can not say enough good things about this guy! We came from the Pittsburgh area to purchase from him due to the upfront quote he provided me from the start. He didn't add on coatings or service plans. He provided me a straight forward quote with discounts, and he offered to try and find me the exact build that I was looking for, and he did it. Out of the two BMW dealer's I spoke with in Pittsburgh neither did these things. They gave quotes with no discounts, and tacked on extra's that I would never pay for. The real deal breaker was when neither offered to even find my build, they both said you'll have to order. This is now the second vehicle that we have traveled to Ohio to purchase due to the same thing happened when we purchased my wife's Audi. Joseph followed up right away when I had questions during the purchasing process, and after delivery of the vehicle. The rest of the team at Preston BMW were very professional, and personable. Worked with Joe, great salesman. Bought a used 2021 BMW X3M. I called Thursday at 10AM, made an offer, he called me back an hour later and we came to agreement. Filled out credit app online, got approval later that evening. Picked it up all clean and ready to go Friday afternoon. From coming to dealer to leave in my new to me X3M, it was less than hour, legitimately. 10/10 for being able to read customers and not wasting time, I would absolutely buy from them again and recommend them to all my friends and family!

The best car buying experience that we have ever had. The customer service was excellent. Paul was outstanding in helping us understand the features and advantages of the BMW model we were looking at and was invaluable in his assistance. He loves BMW and it shows. Connor was thorough, kind, and helpful throughout the financing process. Paul made sure we were up and running with all the tech features before we left the lot. We drove from out of town and they literally called someone to come back in on a Saturday late afternoon to help us leave with the car that day. My husband and I would give more than five stars if possible. Preston will be our go to when we need a car in the future.
